Have you missed someone’s birthday? Not to worry. Here is the perfect card to say a belated Happy Birthday. The wording is embossed in royal blue ink and mounted on coordinating blue card.  The blue card is mounted to the right of two stripes of navy blue ribbon, which have three navy blue pearls evenly spaced between them. The card is blank inside for your own birthday greetings – early or late!
