This card takes its inspiration from botanical prints. It shows the poppy – Paparveraceae – which I have stamped on white card and have  cut out to highlight the drawing. I have hand painted the leaves and the flower centres. I have then set this on a red patterned background which I have die cut with a stitched edge border. This is set on a white square with the same design. The card is blank inside so that it can be used for any occasion.
