I have die cut a heart and backed it with red card, then embellished some of the hearts with tiny acrylic clear gemstones. I have mounted this on the centre of the card which I have embossed with tiny hearts. The card is the finished off with the words Happy Anniversary in gold lettering. The card is blank inside for your own loving message.
