I have die cut the flowers with their heart shaped petals from red card. I have mounted them on the card above a slim red satin ribbon which I have embellished with tiny clear acrylic gemstones. Below this I have added red lettering which reads Happy Wedding Anniversary. The card is blank inside for your own greetings.
