I have die cut this circle of hearts from white textured card. I then framed the hearts in a larger circle, which has a stitched edge border, before adding a background of red card. I have highlighted the larger hearts with clear acrylic gemstones and added the words Happy Anniversary in red lettering. The card is blank inside for your own greetings.
