I have die cut this heart from a deep pink patterned card. I have mounted the pieces on the card using a 3D tape and each piece has a pale pink gemstone in the middle. Finally I added Happy Birthday in gold lettering at the foot of the card. The card is blank inside for your own birthday greetings.
