I have die cut Happy Birthday from a deep blue foil card. It is mounted on white card which is in turn mounted on the blue foil card. All this is set on a background of starbursts which I have embossed onto the card. Some of the starbursts are embellished with tiny blue acrylic gemstones to match the words. The card is blank inside for your own birthday greetings.
